Dr. Menacker graduated cum laude from the Medical College of Pennsylvania in 1982. After the completion of her residency in Ophthalmology at the Scheie Eye Institute of the University of Pennsylvania, she pursued a fellowship in Pediatric Ophthalmology at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Dr. Menacker, who joined Tri-County Eye Physicians in 1992, is a certified Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology, a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, and member of the American Association for Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus.
In addition to pediatric ophthalmology, Dr. Menacker has a specialty interest in treating individuals with disabilities. She has provided eye care services at Woods Services in Langhorne, PA since 1996 and, since 2014, has a clinic for patients with disabilities once a month at the Emory Eye Center at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. She is also an active member of the Children’s Eye Foundation’s Board of Directors. Dr. Menacker holds a clinical appointment at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and Emory University, where she is an active teacher and lecturer. She is married and the mother of a son and a daughter.
